Today’s been a good day, small bouts of nausea but I’ve found if I have a small snack when it starts that helps. Hubbys also gone out this evening to get me some rennies as I’m getting some heartburn too - hopefully one of those will help with my 3.30am wake up of hunger / nausea/ heartburn because I honestly just need one full nights sleep!
